As a general piece of advice, I'd recommend burning lavender oil on an oil burner. It does wonders for me, and is much less heavy than incense. Also a long hot bath with a few drops of lavender essential oil mixed in is a godsend ^.^

There's also a CD titled 'Pure Serenity' composed by John Keech that I always put on when I'm feeling stressed, does wonders for me.

Not so good on the depression front I'm afreaid, sorry.

hi, this might sound a bit flippant but iv'e found it helpful. make sure you get outside every day and go for a short walk. also nothing beats a good massage for stress.

go running on the beach, it clears the mind and you can pick up some lovely gem stones there too if you are luckey enough to be near a shingle and rock shore. Then relax with clary sage in a bath for euphoria, it eases depression brings inner peace and can help with phsychic abilities. I use it for massage on my man to relax him and help him open his mind xx

Greetings,

I would try some calming meditation and some nice long walks in fresh air. Also going walking in the rain helps, sounds silly but believe me there is something cleansing about being out in the rain. Especially if you can focus on the rain washing away all the stress and it slowly fading with each drop that hits you. Then go home have a warm bath/shower with some lavender oils, and you'll feel heaps better. And as British weather is forever blessing us with rain, it shouldn't be long before you can try it out. Smile
