The Pendulum is used as a means of divination - you ask it questions and it can provide you with answers. There is an article in the Divination section - just click the 'Reading Room' link in the menu bar above, then select 'Divination' from the panel on the left.

hi<br/>pendulums have many uses & pick up on the energy response of the user. as a crystal healer i use my pendulums 2 dowse where in the energy fields there are imbalances that need treatment.<br/>when you purchase a pendulum make sure you cleanse it well - under running water focusing on cleansing thoughts works well - then hold it at the end of the chain/cord with your hand underneath it. ask "show me yes" & watch the way it swings - around/back & fore etc. repeat this with "show me no" then you will know which swing means yes/no. check this by asking a question you know the answer to, like is my name..... etc. your pendulum should then swing in the appropriate response. after using it, give your thanks to the elements fo their support & cleanse it ready to use next time.<br/>hope this helps.<br/>Blessed Be Helen xx
