please can any one help me just to get my head straight l have all these daft things going on in my head l say things to pll some times to hurt them BUT l dont really want to hurt them??????????????????????? l do not know what is wrong l think l need help l love to help ppl honest l do l feel at my best when l am helping and doing things for others l love to help others and l also make things for others (like jewellary) l belive in crystals and l wear two at all times or if l cant they are always with me can any one help me PLEASE ANNE may all that is good bless you x

do u have a relation ship if u dont mind me askin coz i think it changes i was nasty to people and then when i found a girlfriend who i love so much i became nicer to people so some times a relation ship has a way of cryin out blessed be scott smith

yes l have been married to the best man in the world l have been for the last 29 years but l did have a funny different childhood so l do not know if it comes from there

Hi, I know what your going through, I had quite a bad childhood and many years after I was quite awful, I didn't want to but felt myself being horrible to the people closest to me which I couldn't understand as I loved them and then I met my partner who I have with for nearly 4 years and I have changed (for the good). I still find here and there I still do it and have to grit my teeth and take deep breaths to stop myself but it will ease off. I find myself feeling like that when I think about the past so I am dealing with what happened in my past to be able to move on. So my advice is to grit your teeth and take deep breaths and to keep smiling it does help. Blessed be xx

Sorry to hear what you are going through. What works for me,is I wear a rose quartz crystal around my neck. It is a stone of love and especially self-love. Cleanse it with sea salt dissolved in mineral water, then leave it to dry outside for 24 hours. If you can wash it in running water, that's even better, especially if you can imagine all doubt washing away. Wear it at all times and I am pretty sure that you will begin to benefit from it.
