You can improve your sex drive by changing your diet, fatty foods should go out the window, try pasta and high fibre and high carbs, plenty of fresh veg and friut.<br/>. Exercise will also help. Lowering fertility is called contraception. If you did not know this, i think it a bonus your sex drive is low. While your waiting for it to catch up, maybe read up on a few life skills. I presume gf means girlfriend and not giraffe? If it does mean giraffe, maybe a set of step ladders would bring things into line!
