We have our house on the market and have seen our dream home! We have a buyer for ours but they have theirs to sell. Can anyone share a spell which may help us in selling and buying.

I've only just read this one. Probably too late to help but, if not ....

You could do a house blessing/clearing on your present house and during the ceremony welcome the new buyers (make sure you don't just welcome newcomers or you could lose the money/purchase and just have to move out).

Do a ceremony where you visualise yourselves in the new house, unpacking/putting things away and generally 'being' there. See yourselves greeting the removal men and then see them arriving when you are in the new place.

Don't forget to sweep your old place when you leave and leave the broom there. Get a new broom for the new house and sweep it and bless it when you arrive.
