There is no spell to encourage psychic abilities, the best I can say is to meditate and let it naturally come through, I suppose I was lucky in the fact that my psychic abilities were always there and the spirit world had them bound as a kid.

As for herbs, I'd suggest teas as there are on this website and just read up on doing meditations to open your awareness, quite often when you are not thinking of things, the abilites will come and one it is there, just doing a little bit of awareness will strengthen it.

Alternatively, you maybe haven't been chosen to be psychic, maybe you are of the people who have empathy or some other ability like telekinesis and other forms. I myself am sensitive and naturally retocog-precog and I am also claiaraudient and pretty much a shaman

I'd meditate on it and ask your spirit guide for the best options.
