Please help. Two witches balls have smashed in my new house

Hi, can anyone help me please. I moved into a new house two weeks ago. I hung up three glass witches balls (to ward off evil eye and bad luck) in three different windows. I have had these balls for years in my old house. Two of these balls have now fallen down from the windows, one in my childrens room has smashed into 1000's of bits, the other one was intact, but the glass 'hook' snapped off.

I am really worried and don't know what to do. I have very little knowledge on this, but feel genuinely scared. Any suggestions what I can do?

Why not try a sage smudging, if you feel there are negative energies at work, and re-hang the intact ball ( try putting it in a net, like the ones you get on fruit).
I hope no-one was hurt when the other one smashed!
