Anyone worth their salt will bring their own equipment with them to you, and not ask anything of you beyond perhaps a small fee. I've not heard of anyone coming to your house before... Do you know if he has a website or anything? His skill will be to ensure everyone gets the best experience possible - that's his responsibility, not yours!

Of course, if you want to have candles or incense on hand then that's totally up to you, and I'd suggest tea lights since they're dirt cheap and create a lovely atmosphere. Do check with him if they're ok before you light them when he's there though - obviously you never know what people are allergic to or if he has asthma.
