I have a little herb list to try for if you have a cold, I have done this myself when I have had the cold.

If you have the wishy washy head, try inhaling eucalyptus and peppermint oils on a tissue, I use 3 drop of the eucalyptus to 2 of the peppermint to try and get to the stubborn blockages in the tubes.

For in general, try and drink echinacea try to act as a blood purifier as it is helping the body get rid of the cold. Also try using zinc as well to boost the immune system (maybe not a good idea to use with the echinacea as it may take out the zinc)

Just two little tips for this time of year!
