please does anybody know of anything to relieve headaches?

Hi,

Lavender essential oil being rubbed on your temples is a good start. Taking a very slow meditation can help as well, as it releases tension. Also if you can get some one to do it, a massage of the neck and scalp is a great way. Most headaches are caused by some kind of stress, so by calming your body down and releasing the tension the stress has caused really helps.

I use the herb Feverfew for my headaches. You can get it in tablet form from any health shop. Hope this helps :)
