Hi all,
I've used Angel/Goddess cards for several years now & read intuitively.
Now I find myself drawn to Tarot as a more predictive tool, but I dont know where to start finding a deck for me!
The ones I've been drawn to so far seem very complex & based on mythology eg celtic/egyptian/shamanism & I'm getting very confused!
Any advice would be much appreciated - I'm a Crystal Therapist & Energy worker if this helps.

Misty - choosing a pack of Tarot Cards is, as you will appreciate, a very personal thing. From my own experience, two things - try not to be overwhelmed by any perceived complexity - choose those which most appeal to you visually, emotionally and/or spiritually. You simply cannot go wrong this way. Once you have acquired the pack which calls to you, handle them, look at them, study them - in fact get used to them, make friends with them. Read for friends, interpreting by the thoughts which enter your head whilst you are studying the cards.. Listen to your higher self. Once you have reached this point then much will become clearer and you can move on to indepth interpretations guided by the information provided with the pack. In other words, do not be put off by the strangeness and complexity when discovering which cards you are to move on to. The second thing is simply a suggestion. I have worked with various packs and now have my favourites, one of which is the Osho. You might find it interesting to look at these if you have not done so already.
