I wish to thank every and all who offered kind advice and good wishes - I managed to return to work for a couple of days, and whilst not back to my usaul just yet I'm on the mend!

Althara- a great spell! I don't know when I last had such a restful sleep, as I performed the spell last thing at night before retiring- I had to substitute lavender flowers instead of oil, but I felt so good and positive after!

Thank you Althara, I have also tried carrying a piece of jet and also petrified wood in a little sachet, as a grounding measure, it feels comforting to have them close by when I feel dizzy, and gives me something to focus on until it passes.
