Are cards bad for your health?

Hi all, this is a completely bizarre question but I have been practicing reading oracle cards for others for years and years! Recently I have noticed a few minor ailments and a feeling of being unwell, the docs can't find anything wrong and I constantly feel that my readings are causing my ailments? Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? If so what can I do? I have readings booked until December but I have recently stopped taking bookings just in case. I hope you have some answers. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps you're not grounding properly before and after the reading, and you're pouring too much of yourself into it - which would be fine, if you grounded afterwards. Try grounding before and after readings for a while (as well as taking care of yourself physically, of course!) and see if that helps - I hope it does!

Certainly sounds like you been overdoing it and giving too much of yourself.

Take a break, we are all guilty of going at things full pelt and inevitably, we pay the consequences.

The grounding is an excellent suggestion, you could also try a bit of meditation before and after also.
