My great grandmother maidern name Littlewood died in 1916
she owned a pubic house and read the tarrot cards for special clients.
my grandmother was a tealeaf reading ,she would never read for family members or charge any fee or except any !
she always thought i had got the gift ?? but was frightened ,by it ! also she was frighten for me ,saying it needed to be controlled ,sadly she died in 2006.
yes i read cards at 13yrs but i used playing cards,as i wasnt allowed tarrot cards.
also my family cards disappeared .

My grandmother also read tea leaves. She also had what my mother called second sight, she sometimes new things before they happened. As children we were told not to talk about it. There was a lot of prejadice against my grandmother. But i'm not sure if it was because of her gifts or that it was because she was a gypsy. I wish i knew more about her, she died when i was young. But i'm sure that is where i got my first fleeting glimpse of the craft. And i believe it is how i first came to know i would some how find my way onto the path.
I hope you find your way onto which ever path is right for you. And maybe when the time is right your family cards will find there way back to you. Stranger things have happened.
