Hi i am hoping there is someone who can offer me some advice, in my place of work i have encounterd what i believe to be paranormal activity, unexplaind sounds things moving i have also been told by a member of staff that a little girl has been sighted, i was wondering if there was a safe way to contact this entity without releasing any dark entitys, i would be very grateful thank u.

Now this is something that is best left to those who know what they're doing.
