Hi all,

i recently moved away 2 college, and feel like i have been abondoning my faith. i have also just realised that i missed Mabon! Crying

what can i do to stay on path, and really celebrate Samhain? also, i'm not allowed candles or inscense at college. any advice?

Hello sweetheart. Please dont worry, your faith is WITHIN you. Although candles and incense help us to focus and affirm our believes, they are not essential. You carry the the power of faith everywhere that you go, and you are never alone. If it helps try those battery candles, you can buy them from supermarkets. Open a window, let the moonlight or warm sunshine wash over you, close your eyes and feel the connection this way. It may not be as great as an alter ritual but im sure it will help. love and blessings, Wizadora )o(

Meditate is one of the most amazing things that can help you feel even more connected with your path.
Maybe you could visualize your altar, if it makes you feel safe and comfortable (and whatever you find in your meditation can be left at that altar as a reminder of your journey) :)

Hi,

Do you have any of Kate West's books? if so, she explains what you can use to make a portable Alter, this will fit in your pocket or bag, includes things like a feather for air, a shell for water, etc.

I have it somewhere, I will try find it for you.

Also if you have a beach or whatever close by, try and be there for Samhein.

I know when I was at Uni, I was a tad feeling odd at Samhain as strangely enough, I am aware even more of ghosts being about (I am also psychic so maybe that's why)
