Merry Meet i have never felt a presence from my spirit guild or ever seen him or her and was just wondering if there was anyway i can get in touch and if someone has any tips, thanks.

thanks quickbeam good to kno theirs one person out there in the same predicament. im not much of a meditation person just never been able to get the hang lol. but i did a few months ago catch a falling feather which is ment to be a gift from my guild so maybe he/she/what ever my guild is, is close

Hi fellas,

It takes time to get your guide to answer you. They might already be talking to you in very subtle ways and you are missing them. Unfortunately it isn't all bright lights and massive voices but with a little practise and some more meditation and focus, it will happen if you are meant to see them.

Hey Dusty Angel. Your advice is always excellent and any post of yours I've read I really take to heart. So perhaps you can help me.

I am almost certain my sprit guide is a hare. However I struggle to get into contact with him. Can you suggest any exercises I can use to maybe strengthen our connection?

you can only see you spirit guides in your third eye by meditation. they will never appear infront of you. i find drawing what u see helps.

spirit guides will not appear infront of u, yes other spirits will if u have the ability, but spirit guides will only show themselves though your minds eye.

Hi, I think I managed to contact my spirit guide, but I'm not sure...

I decided that I'd have a go at meditating properly and used ambient music as an aid. I lay on my back and focused solely on the music and my breathing, filling my lungs each time. To help me visualise, I consciously imagined myself sitting cross-legged with my head down, starting with an outside perspective. (I dunno if the rest was conscious, which is why I'm uncertain whether I did contact her or not).

Anyway, the first "scene" I was in was some kinda ruin, maybe in the jungle or somewhere like Africa. I was suddenly surrounded with dark horses that galloped around me in time to the drums in the music, they sorta had this cloak-effect about them too, like the dementors out of Harry Potter (Sorry if this sounds cliché, but it's the only way I can describe it). I felt a little unnerved and trapped for a moment as if they were slowly cutting off my air. (I didn't cast a circle, which was risky, I know ^^;) But then there was this bright light and the horses fled, and I felt a little safer and curious.

Next thing I knew I was in a wood clearing at night, with little rabbits and woodland creatures peering cautiously at me. Then a little doe stepped out and padded toward me, rubbing its nose against mine. I felt a little overwhelmed and emotional and I went all teary-eyed.

Next thing I knew we were in a clearing but in the same jungle place the ruins were in. Dark shadows encircled us again and I curled up into a ball. But the doe stood firm in front of me, driving away the shadows with a whirl of light. When she was done I hugged around her neck and she nuzzled my shoulder. I wanted to stay longer but I was interrupted by someone knocking on the door...

I think her name is Piper, the name cropped up three times between a few days before and after I meditated. So, am I just crazy and over-enthusiastic or is my spirit guide really a fawn? Sorry this post is so long by the way ^^;
