Hi its me again im just wondering ive been arguing with my girlfriend alot recently but i know it is down to my short temper and stress so i was just wonderin if there was a ritual, spell or anything to help lower my anger and turn it into love

Meditation is a great way to de-stress. You could try setting aside 10 minutes a day to just sit quietly to meditate and calm yourself. It doesn't have to be really fancy or anything, just some simple breathing excercises/pathworking/listening to meditive music can help.
