Hello
I was wondering if anyone could suggest an effective spell to help ease a loved ones clinical depression. They don't suffer from severe manic depression therefore the doctor has not prescriped any medication, but rather a herbal remedy such as St. Johns Wort. This has been helping for a while now but there are still many dark times and it is becoming unbearable even though I try to help in any way I can. I have exhausted all 'mundane' ways to cope and help, like therapy, the doctor, increased exercise etc but it is not making any real difference. Therefore I believe it is time to ask for help from the Goddess and God. So please if anyone has been in a similar situation and has resorted to a spell, please help.
Thankyou.x

You could try Valerian, this is normally taken by menopausal women, however, it is a very strong Anti Depressant also, it aids sleep. Stops night sweats, etc... I buy it in the tea form. If drank too much, it can make you groggy,I mean more than one cup a day so beware,it is however, much stronger than St. John's Wort for depression. (Well I found it stronger, and more helpful). It's one drawback is, IT TASTES VILE. It really and truly smells like sweat y socks. But if your depression is that bad, it really is worth it.

Clinical depression is worthy of treatment, and if someone is being refused treatment then it is a problem. Encourage them to find another doctor. St John's Wort is known as an effective anti-depressant. If it doesn't work then I would recommend pushing for conventional medication, if the depression is severe enough to warrent it. Counselling is also helpful.

Manic depression (nowadays known as Bipolar Disorder) is a completely different kettle of fish.

As said before manic depression (bipolar disorder) is completely different. Depression does warrent medication, clinical depression is a severe illness in itself. Again, as said before, advise your friend to seek out the help of another doctor. There are some GP practices that specialise in mental health, also they can ask to be refered to a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). They can offer therapy such as CBT and also extra support.
I suffer from major depression so I know how hard it is however since being on medication I have felt so much better and have been able to get my life sorted out. I'm currently on a waiting list to see someone for the CMHT however in North Manchester it takes ages (I think everyone is crazy! Flapper ) I hope your friend gets the help that they need and that they feel better soon xx
ps sorry I didnt actually answer your question! Just felt that I should say something x

Prompt, reasonable shipping time! Really love my order, I ordered a charm but am using it as a pendant as I was looking for something small & delicate. Thanks for the lovely item & reasonable shipping time so I didn't have to wait for Weeks for my order. Thanks!

Having recieved my order from you today I would like to offer very positive feedback. It is for my daughters birthday (which I ordered late and didn't expect it to arrive in time) on Sunday so I am really pleased how fast you sent it out. The packaging was great and the pentegram met more than my expectations. I have just ordered another one for my Grandaughter and will definately be recommending you to my friends. Many thanks
