my nails are very short and i dont wear any jewelery in bed!!! the scratches are always the same although new in a healing stage. they always appear on my cheeks or forehead and sometimes on my arms. they are not there before bed but appear in the morning!!!??? is it anything paranormal? spirits do follow/seek me out as i am a becan.

very unlikely that it's anything paranormal, even cases that have been suspected to be paranormal have been self-inflicted injuries, either sub-consciously or intentionally.

So, you could still just be scratching yourself in your sleep, regardless of short nails, enough pressure'd do it.

Also, if you have a cat or a dog or other clawed animal as a pet, they could be doing as well
