He looks quite sad right now even though a few months back he scared me horrificly when he seemed to aim at my throat...
Any tips of what to say or "do" to him?

You could try asking him to step back and leave you alone, not sure I understand what you mean when you say he aimed at your throat?

It seemed as though he was bending over me to bite my neck at one point...thankfully that hasn't happened again, he seems to have gone now but thanks for your advice if he does come again I'll use it!
