i would first of all lke to say that i can understand how it feels do be drained and effortless due to depression or bad thinking,
my mother passed away a few months ago, she was my best friend, and i felt lost,
my faith and girlfriend, and family pulled me through, and i am grateful that i am a witch.
so i would be more than happy to share this with you.

first of all its a key point, buy a wind chime, some inscence, and a calming cd, (denise linn is a good guidance supporter google her ) take deeo breaths and visualise gold light all around you.
do this as much as you can.
Also ground everyday, to do this you visualise roots growing from your feet to the earths cor, and gold energy flowing through you.
remember that the universe is loving and that there is something other than the mundane. i found that reading about near death experiences helped my view on the way i live.
do good things, be generous and kind,
and try to look for the light in every situation.
