Hi, tarot cards come in many different decks nowadays, and I can understand you being confused as to where to start. Firstly I'd say buying your first deck off the net is not a good idea. You need to see the cards and really get a "feel" for them to know if you can work with them.

I was taught that you should always ask someone else to buy you your first deck as that way you are immediately putting good energy into them in the form of the gift giving. However you need to go with the person. You should feel like you have a connection to the deck, if you don't then you will never get a decent read from them. But generally you'll sort of fall in love with a particular deck, and they're the ones you want.

For your first deck, ignore all the fancy ones like the ones you've listed in you question. A lot of them have very specific ways of reading them, and as you are just starting out you need a basic deck. There are a few out there that I would recommend, the rider waite deck are simple to read, as are the deck I started out with the Marseille Burdel 1751 deck. They both have the basic pictures and relate to nearly any book you can buy, so hopefully you won't get too confused.(I still use the first deck I ever got, I'm attached to them so much, even though I have three others as well)

Once you've got your deck, go out and buy at least three books on the subject. Then try and read them all. Sounds odd, but everyone has different ways of reading cards, and by reading three books you will get a general view and not just one persons. Then once you have read about it, and learnt the meanings (this continues through your life, you'll never know everything, they continue to surprise even the most experienced reader) then you can start to do tester readings for yourself until you're comfortable and confident enough to read for others. The more you read the less you'll call on the books and more on your own feelings and the more detailed you'll get.
