meditate. meditate. meditate to get in touch with your guardian angel/s. angels are always around. just talk aloud ask for help when in need and you will be answered. trust me. they are unlimited in love and are always there for you. you just need to ask them. they give signs to guide you i talk to the angels all the time and they have helped me endless. i cant express how blessed i feel because i found them. good luck!!

you need to completely clear your mind this can take some time. it needs to be quiet. you should feel completely relaxed and float like sensation. then proceed to ask if your spirit guide is there. you may feel your head nodding or sometimes a voice which is not yours, but that usually takes along time to hear. its like a whisper in your ear. over time when you have perfected this it will come easy. but dont give up it can take time.
i take it you were asking a spirit to tap? personally i would use the ouiji board, but you shouldnt mess about with those things as it can get out of control if you dont no what your doing. wait till your abit more experienced. hope this is some help. xx
