I have to admit, I'm a complete sceptic, but someone gave me a pendulum as a present and I felt I'd better at least give it a go. So I did and I have to say I was quite surprised at the result. Yes, I'm convinced it was me moving it (it had to be), but I had no concious control over what it was doing.

I followed the rules about 'training' it and off it went, I asked a question and it gave an answer (not always the ones I wanted either). Scary - Any other experiences out there?

Pendulums (and many other divination methods) rely on you being in touch with your intuition or subconscious. When people start out using a divination method there is usually some element of scepticism, its only natural. Unfortunately, and some might say its a cop-out, but you really have to be a believer before that level of connection develops and that takes time and practice.

My experience is that divination does work (I use Pendulum and Runes mainly, but I have used the Tarot and even tried I-Ching), I even know diviners who would stake everything on their belief system and are absolutely convinced these things never lie. I'm not quite there yet, but the more I do and see, the more commited I become - Keep trying

Tips! Some say that meditation helps. I just find a quirt time tern off my phone dim the lights. candle light is good i find it puts me in the right mood. that what i do for questions. but to practis or "bond" with my pendulum i use it to look for things. eg car keys, either when you've lost them or got some one to hide them first. or go out to a beach the woods or speshail out doors place and holding the pendulem at chest hight about 12" away ask it to help you find somthing plaint shell streem ect. But most of all relaxe and ues it regulaly. hopr this helps blessed be,x

messade to last post<br/>the pendulum can only anser yes and no realy unless you have a chart. i dout you could get the lottery numb's other wise we'd all be rich and as 4 finding out somthing bad then just don't ask's that you don't want to know the anser to (life without supprises would be no fun). All so alot of medems belive that you shouldn't look at your own destany as you can't be 100% non biast. but by all means have fun with it play seeking games with it and your conection with it will grow and strengthen.
