DESCRIPTION

Washed, sharp sand to protect your ceramic incense burners from the intense heat produced by incense charcoal discs. Ceramics are designed to take a lot of heat - but the heat should be gradual.

The very fast, intense heat of incense charcoal discs can cause the ceramics to crack. Placing sand in the bottom of your dish, and sitting your charcoal disc on top ,will allow the sand to absorb and distribute the heat evenly.

A very small price to pay to protect expensive ceramics! Re-usable.

Grip seal bag containing approx 125g of washed,sharp sand.
