DESCRIPTION

There is nothing worse than waking up in the morning feeling as tired as when you went to bed. Sound familiar? Then give this a go! This blend of essential oils has been carefully selected and has astounded everyone who has tried it. It will not knock you out cold, but it induces a gentle slide down into slumber and helps give you a very restful high quality rest.

Place 10 - 15 drops in water in the well of an oil burner, light the candle about 30 minutes before you retire and top up the water reservoir before settling down for the night.
