DESCRIPTION

Ease the chill from your bones and lift the spirits with this bath and massage oil.
Contains:

Lemon - An uplifting oil that clears the mind and the emotions. A tonic for the circulatory system restoring vitality.

Juniper - A calming oil that is useful for dispelling feelings of depression, anxiety, insomnia and mental fatigue.

Ginger - A warming and uplifting oil useful for dispelling indifference, apathy, lethargy and nervous exhaustion.

Ylang Ylang - A very uplifting oil that is best known for its aphrodisiac properties, but is also a very good antidepressant, antiseptic, a sedative for the nervous system and a stimulant for the circulatory system.

The essential oils are blended with a Grapeseed carrier oil and are safe to apply directly to the skin.

GENERAL NOTES
Lemon can cause photo sensitivity - do not apply to the skin for at least 4 hours prior to going into the sunshine or on a sun bed.
