Used for the treatment of arthritis, gout, muscular aches and pains, obesity, oedema, poor circulation, rheumatism and sprains.
It is useful for the treatment of headaches, insomnia, and stress-related complaints.
for skincare it is used for the treatment of acne, bruises, burns, cuts, dermatitis, eczema, insect bites and lice.

Blends well with bergamot, lemon, rosemary, melissa, lavender, marjoram, pine and spice oils.
