DESCRIPTION

Can be used in the treatment of chilblains, anaemia, arthritis, muscular aches and pains, neuralgia, rheumatic pain, sprains and stiffness.

Blends well with: frankincense, sandalwood. lavender, rosemary, marjoram, spices and florals.

GENERAL NOTES
Contra Indications:
An irritant if used in high concentration, use no more than 1% in a blend.

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY
NEVER use aromatherapy oils neat. - when applying to your skin, always dilute with a carrier oil first.
