For skin care it is good for chapped skin, or inflamed and irritated skin. It stimulates the circulatory system and is good for arthritis, gout and poor circulation.
It works on the respiratory system and aids asthma, bronchitis, coughs and colic.
It's soothing properties make it useful for the treatment of nervous tension and other stress related problems.

Blends well with sandalwood, rose, jasmine, frankincense, myrrh, cypress, juniper, lemon and other spice oils.
