Voodoo, an ancient practise of magic with thousands of secret followers, is a very powerful and effective method of achieving specific goals and as such, Voodooism is now a widely recognised mystical art.
These voodoo charms possess ‘Veves’ (Mystical Symbols) to intensify the benefit of its purpose.. For an effective result, follow the simple instructions to cleanse your Voodoo Charm, perform a Voodoo Ritual and then leave an offering to the specific Voodoo ‘Loa’ (God/Goddess) to ensure completion of your wish.  The Voodoo Ritual must be performed after sunset and when the moon is dark.

Cleansing

To cleanse your Voodoo Charm of any energy it may have picked up before it came into your hands, simply hold your charm  under some running water – a waterfall, river or even tap water – and mentally visualise the water going straight through it.

Offerings

All offerings should be wrapped in either paper, fabric or foil.  In the centre of this wrapping, use a pen or pencil to draw as best you can, your Voodoo Charm Veve (symbol), thus ensuring your Loa recognises the offering, then place it in the specific location and on the appropriate day for your Charm.
It is extremely important that no one is aware of what you are doing: this is a secret exercise between you and your Loa.

The Voodoo Ritual

You will need a surface covered with a square of red cloth to use as an altar, a white candle and a vessel of water.  Any cloth will do, but red flannel is the most effective and traditional material used by Voodoo practitioners.  Arrange your altar neatly and place your Voodoo Charm and offering for your Loa in the centre.  Make sure you are alone and will not be disturbed by the phone or any other distractions.

Turn to face your altar, close your eyes and focus on the desired achievement you wish your Voodoo Charm to complete.  Light the candle.

Each Voodoo has a specific Loa that you will need to ask for sympathy with your wish.  To ask for help and guidance you must pay respect to the Voodoo Loa by facing the corners of the room one by one and chanting three times:

Facing West – Chant ‘D’Aborde’
Facing East – Chant ‘A Table’
Facing South – Chant ‘Adonai’
Facing North – Chant ‘Olande’

With each chant, take the vessel of water and pour three drops at each corner of the room.  Then return to your altar, drop three drops of water on your Voodoo Charm, three on the Loa offering and finally walk to the entrance to the room and place three more drops of water on the boundary floor.

Face your altar and place your Voodoo Charm on top of your Loa offering in your hands.  Close your eyes and focus your mind again on your desired achievement and when you feel this is strong, silently or aloud, chant the name of the relevant Loa slowly.  Then chant three times, getting louder each time:-

Loa, Loa fulfil my desire
Loa, Loa make it be
I offer you what you require
Bring my desire nearer to me.
