For your spells to have the greatest impact, the timing needs to be as close to perfect as you can get it. The first thing to consider is the phase of the moon. Is it Waxing, Waning, Full or New Moon? The moon phase has a great influence on Spellcraft and you need to time your spells to co-inside with the correct phase.
WAXING - During a waxing moon, it is best to perform spells that invoke, attract, or bring things to you. This may be money, healing, love, finding something you have lost, blessings, courage, positive outcomes, justice - to name but a few.
WANING - During a Waning moon, it is best to perform spells that repell, something you want to get rid of, send away or banish. This could be breaking bad habits, banishing hexes, returning nastiness to it's originator, getting rid of bad atmospheres, exorcisms etc.
Unfortunately, things don't always happen to us at the right time! But all is not lost, there is usually a reverse to anything you need to achieve. Let's say, for instance, that you need a little help to lose weight. It's a newly waxing moon and you certainly don't want to attract any more weight. Turn it around, instead of banishing your bad habits or sweet tooth, attract a healthy eating regime - that will help.
What if you need some help with finances NOW, and it's a waning moon? Try banishing poverty instead. It might not be possible for all things, but it works with most.
