Pagan Dreams is an online web store based in Telford, Shropshire in the UK. We ship to customers all over the UK, much of Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many others. There is no physical restriction to us shipping anywhere, but we have set some self-imposed limits as part of our fraud prevention strategy and an assessment of commercial risks.
Pagan Dreams had its beginnings as part of its, now, sister site, Hogglewick We had a particular vision for that site and when the range of products started to diverge, we felt it was time to create a new site.
The new site is aimed at our friends in the Wiccan / Pagan / New Age community and while there is some commonality of products in some areas accross both sites, this is only because there is a natural overlap in customer needs in those areas.
Over time, we expect the sites to diverge as we become more acutely tuned to the needs and demands of each community. Just as Hogglewick became synonymous with good quality and great service we set out with the intention of trying to do even better with Pagan Dreams (both sites of course benefit from all the improvements we make).
We have already forged a great relationship with our customers and try to get remembered for providing a fast, efficient, friendly and helpful service. Of course, we realise that Internet shopping isn't for everyone (although, more and more people are buying online each day), nevertheless, our goal is to provide a well respected shopping gateway for a wide range of products so that even people who don't live near large towns can still buy cheaply, quickly and with confidence. Having said all that, there are people who want to be customers but who don't have regular access to the Internets as we also provide a telephone ordering service as well.
We are owned and run by an Internet Software development company so we have no problems getting access to the latest and greatest technology. Even so, and though it is possible to automate virtually everything these days, we still insist on keeping people in the loop so you can usually pick up the phone and talk to us if you have any concerns at all or simply want to know something quickly. We try very hard never to disappoint a customer.
The Pagan Dreams Website is growing rapidly and hardly a day (certainly not a week) goes by without new products being added. We now supply a wide (and ever increasing) range of items used by Wiccans and other Pagan for ritulistic and devotional purposes and lots of Jewellery, Herbs, Incense, Divination products. We are also always looking for new ideas and products to keep our customers satisfied and happy, so if you can't find what you need, just let us know and we'll see if we can source it for you.
Apart from all that however, we also maintain a growing online information library, a searchable Healing Crystal database, Community discussion forums, various tools and services for registered users and a whole lot more planned.
