DESCRIPTION

'Smudging' is the term used for the burning of herbs for cleansing purposes. These herbs are sacred to the Native Americans and these smudge sticks are imported from New Mexico.

Use for cleansing prior to circle casting, cleansing crystals, clearing negative energy from rooms and for Shamanic work.

If extinguished properly, they are usable over several sessions.

Measure approx 16cms long

GENERAL NOTES
These Sage sticks should be completely extinguished before leaving. a bowl of sand is very good for this.
