DESCRIPTION

Small scrying mirror with pentagrams in each corner and a Celtic knot work circle in the centre. The scrying mirror or Witch's mirror is a very powerful psychic tool. Scrying is a form of divination, usually using a black bowl and water or a black smooth object with a reflective surface. Intent gazing at the surface allows the physical eyes to relax and become unfocused, allowing the psychic eye to open and channel from the subconscious. A trance-like state can often be achieved allowing communication with spirit guides, departed souls, clairvoyant images and even astral travel.

Many find it useful to burn a candle in front of a scrying mirror, the reflected patterns of the smoke acting as a focal point and helping to quiet the mind. some even see images in the smoke that can be interpreted by the scryer.
